gallade has always struck me as a very aoyama pokemon! kind of knight-like, a bit fancy. i think he'd love most fairy types as well - ESPECIALLY the fairy type move literally called DAZZLING GLEAM (which gallade can learn!)

Here are some curated WIP from of the madness that is my "process". That said, this time round I tried starting with a different approach more akin to 3D rendering... But I caved in at the end: flattened my layers and slapped brushstrokes willy nilly :/ Got a lot more to learn!
