As an artist who has influences in the Western superhero comics, I will say some definitely aren't as flashy as manga. Dynamic? Hell yeah, but I 100% could understand why it's not as appealing. However i'd say these comics' pros are kinda more so environments or even concepts tbh

and having read several strips and some of Adams' blogposts, I find its humor quite relatable

Environment tests. The main gripe is that her skin often blends in because it's very bright

1. GRASS
2. SAND (It's very bright)
3. SAND blends; tweaked shading but it still blended
4. I dont wanna do outlines, so I darkened the world.

I'll get a feel for it eventually.
