First of all, I LOVE painting satin🥰 The whole image felt super overwhelming at first, but was actually very therapeutic to do. Focusing on light, textures and minimal detail, I am pretty happy with the result.

I don't know if it helps, but I made the whole drawing in grayscale first, marking out the shadows in grayscale as well, so i wasn't focusing on the colours at first, then i went in after i was happy with the shadow shapes and coloured them in! (I also used a colour overlay)
