This character right here. Made them not too long after Pepperpaw. They have a somewhat developed backstory, becoming a leader of RiverClan and falling in love and having kits with the medicine cat.
It developed into a fully rendered pencil drawing before becoming a painting. The long, gradual evolution that shaped it resulted in one of my strongest and most popular pieces to date, and taught me a lot about my strengths and weaknesses as both a draftsman and a painter.
I'm so damn happy with myself. I've been in an art rut for about 6 years now, and today, I redesigned my OC Orlinda. Today I was able to see how much i've grown and developed my style, and I still have much to learn.

Honestly? Racquel. Ze was kind of a half-baked idea. Little to no backstory or set personality, Racquel developed very organically and now I love zem very very much.
