First I tried this hummingbird with a simple path -> trace bitmap on the whole image, which looked okay until I zoomed in and could see how much cleaning up it'd require to make the shapes come together crisply and cleanly.

Here’s another piece I worked on for the film! The film deals with the relationship between a father and daughter and the struggles they both go through dealing with loss and grief. In this image, I wanted to capture the love between Jamie and her dad, Richard. ❤️

Chibi-esque style? I'm not sure what you'd actually call it.. But it was something different for me, at least, and I love it! Especially as I now have a basic idea of what my mage, Caerenne, looks like ^^
