After years of learning all I could about depression, I came across the work of Johann Hari some years ago. According to him, majority of depression is just unmet needs & disconnection. This was a rather refreshing take for me.

my proudest art achievement this year would 100% be learning blender and making models of my ocs!!
jumped straight into the vee model as literally the first thing I ever made... it turned out to be pretty scuffed but taught me what I needed to make a much better model for salem

@YBankole02 Took me a few years to get at all comfortable switching from traditional to digital. Here's an example of back in 2013 when I was learning versus a recent Procreate piece versus a recent one in Photoshop where I'm most comfortable.

@castlehavven This one! I love it so much :] I didn't make big man "big" enough but I tried and his stomach rolls are mostly hidden by his pants, but I still enjoy it. Especially since I'm learning to draw my own body type!
Spent some time today learning geometry nodes in blender. They can do some pretty funky stuff.
