I managed to get a vertical range of movement, but not on the horizontal axis because it is anchored to the shoulder armor.

Fun fact: Aviator Versicoid, the boss of New Neo Tokyo, is based off the green pheasant, which is the national bird of Japan. The pheasant's scientific name is Phasianus versicolor, which is where the boss's name comes from!

It is also inspired by the Pokemon Skarmory.
