Here's a sketch of me trying to wrangle for a bit. Again, Clip Studio works much better than PS on my tablet, but it's unfamiliar and doesn't show my Wacom ArtPen rotation angle on the brush outline for some reason.

In case anyone was wondering, you can create outlines with viewport frames. Although I'm only using one frame for outlines, so certain outlines can't draw over objects that are farther away depth-wise (can probably be fixed with billboard GUIs)
