The reason why we dont see Chuuya in the hanami group at the end is because HE WAS ON THE GROUND AFTER COLLAPSING FROM DRUNKENNESS THANKS TO DAZAI,his plan was to make him sleep and since Chuuya cant take one sip without being drunk it was easy to get rid of the chibi XD
