I've always wanted to do a Raiders-esque face melting scene. For this animation I gave Palpatine layers. An outer layer, an underclothes/skin layer, a flesh layer, and a skeleton. The skeleton was a modified version of the undead Walter Donovan Boss from Indiana Jones SNES

If you take her Jacket and/or all outer layers off this is how she looks like! Her jacket works to boost her strength in battle but also limit mobility
