Fastest I've done is Nezuko. It took me 2 days (with break times ofcourse) Longest I done was Shiro from ToF (Coz I had to learn a new software for the hoodie, refreshed myself with anatomy, and figured out how to do the hair curls.) It's about 3 weeks with breaks.
