I was having trouble coming up with a good background so i used one of the presets from Clip Studio Paint to just pop one in as a placeholder. I may go back and draw my own but for now Im done with this. Drew this for my sister.

@TommyOliverSays It just occurred to me that I could switch presets from 'Bayer 8x8' to 'Diagonal 5x5' and it looks way cooler.
This runs from After Effects so it's easy to apply to an entire video / image sequence at once, but if you're comfortable with your current workflow then no worries 👍

The preset, and the effect. The thing that bothers me on PS is that I was unable to get proper tapper on the stroke, it always looked thicker than I hope for
