It adds more CGI (even replacing Tornado Flame) but also introduces a plot hole by cutting out the explanation of Dio Raios/Rothus' effect and instead saying it attacked Dual Fang to destroy it, which is impossible. (Rothus had summoning sickness and half the power of Dual Fang.)
The dub reorders scenes so the dance happens after Jamira's story, and turns it into a hypnosis technique rather than a trigger dance. It also gives Shobu a flashback to his dad, replaces some CGI, and adds jokes about Jamira being thrown out because he stinks and dresses weird.

The dub recuts this episode with footage from ep 9 to add a scene with the Master, turns Hakuoh's death-dive into a gag, cuts some lines equating Touban and Shobu (but also plays up Shobu's self-inserting into Touban) and adds new CGI sequences to the summons and Holy Awe scene.

Not a fan of this costume in hindsight.
The crescent darts being on his chest is kind of cool, but they made the design too complicated. I don’t know why CGI bandages were preferable over his traditional hooded costume.
And the second crescent on the hood doesn’t work for me
