When I link it in chat, it seems the metallic tint is always more desaturated compared to the rest. See images below for comparison.

Designs I Love : San from Princess Mononoke. Designer : unknown/Miyazaki? Beautiful use of light/desaturated values being punctured by the brilliant red at the face, showing us the sharp aggressive lines which comment on the aggressive wild nature of the exterior of San herself
Next is the color palette! The Zandalari on the left uses desaturated colors in the background to pull the focus towards the reds and golds on her figure. On this older Sailor Moon piece, the same saturated, candy colors are used throughout and it doesn't feel nearly as focused.
Decided to practice painting again using PaintTool SAI this time, but I pretty much made the shading corrections on Photoshop.
