Why do people confuse Rules Heavy, or "Hold Your Hand & Do all the work for you" stuff like Life Path mechanics as "Deep" RPGs?

I've been playing RPGs since 1981. Simple. Complex, Convoluted. Not once did a ruleset make a Deep Game experience.

Players & GMs & Good Stories do.

Wow! My friend has a sentry loadout of BF1, too.

He also ordered Schutzschild (4th pic) from IMA, but it is too heavy, so he ordered a custom made light faceshield again.

I think your body armor is the same one as my friend's. :)
