@BoomR59 Nah, it's Mimic the Octopus, he's able to shapeshift into others, though he appears to get the eyes wrong on characters. Also notice whoever he transforms into, they have suckers on their palms.

@yourlocalPraise @umbersupreme @ShabazzArts it is when you have to redraw it over and over and over again for every shot that character is one screen. Even Boondocks (whose creator is black) doesn't mess with the palms most of the time.
