BUT what you are looking for in pixelart is INTENTION - how you use your pixels.
Limited colors alone don't guarantee this.

When you zoom in, you can see the individual pixels. So, pushing around pixels. On this one, I worked the individual pixels on the license plate and the figures on horseback.

Here's the shader for those interested, it's super simpel.
I'm not using a pixel shader because I'm using a texture atlas for the tiles, sampling with a sin offset would start to move into other tiles pixels.
