I'd say my most prevalent ones are Wendy and Miriam.

Wendy wears the 'mask' because it connects to her jaw and allows her to synthesize her voice as she lost her Jaw to Scavvers.

Miriam wears a mask as to not scare the patients she attends to due to her exposed demon teeth.
