Best example I can give, but Yas more than likely also drew this scene as well. The nose he uses for Yuki Mori at the end of Farewell to Yamato has been updated on a design for this singular character, who is Leiji-inspired. I don't believe she was designed by Ninomiya, however.

My pal designed this lurcher for me who has a bit of a bitey side. He will surely add chaos in the shadows of the desert's flames. Lurch the lurcher will join Marlo, Badger and Bones in hell.

(1/2) So I'm still not the biggest fan of how the Lying Figure looks in the remake, I like the gross glossy decaying look of the original, but it is evident the Silent Hill monsters are being designed closer to some of Ito's concept art designs for them. Which actually does fit
