i don't have mermaids to draw for mermay so instead i took the opportunity to make a reference sheet for my fishy boy, duvont rustmane 🌊🌈🦈

he's the captain of a pirate ship known as the rainbow manta. he looks tough, but he's actually very respectful and a little shy 👉👈

Some throwback mermaid art of Ariel for because I haven't had time lately to actually draw mermaids. Loving all of the mermaids I've seen this year though.

A and merpup for and also - got to do at least a couple of mermaids in May! This one took longer than expected - I've been doing portraiture for a few days, I think I forgot how to draw!

Finished my heart-eating mermaid for 16”x20” acrylic on canvas. This was a challenge! Ive drawn maybe 3 mermaids my whole life so its fun to do something new! She likes to hunt and use her tail to tease fish 😊🌈

Mermaid on the Beach 2

Oh yes, it’s and so this is my contribution. Once again I want to spice things up and create my own interpretation of a mermaid.

An eel is technically a fish right?
