So, I just got through watching the banned episode of Gargoyles "Deadly Force" & I can see why it was removed. {Spoilers} Brooklyn messes around with a gun, accidentally shoots Eliza & almost kills her. There's still plot, but this would've been a really shocking psa for kids.
