On the 19th of October 1985, the 1st episode of Iczer One was released. The 3 episode OVA was based on the manga by Lemon People. Masami Obari did the mecha designs and animation work for ep 2-3. It debuted in SRW L (DS) in 2010.

I actually really like 3's style but that's always the problem I've had when talking about DS' art style because it's gotta capture the series' tone. I think the OVA does a fantastic job in recreating it tho.
