The very rocky process in coloring Teraterpeton. Went from “jungle demon” to “caramel latte” to the final result (“plague doctor iguana”?)

On to Teraterpeton itself. The elongated skull is the most eye-catching feature, esp compared to its relatives. Interestingly, the big hole in the snout was likely an external narial fenestra. Thus, the nostrils were much farther back than in others.

Parasaurolophus! The crest on its head was believed to grow as long as 6 feet. Imagine carrying a 6 foot horn on your head all day. I'd be making all the noise 😂
