2nd conscept for the stone age fantasy setting

Coexisting hominin species is one of the things that make prehistory so suited for fantasy imo

They are inspired by Homo Sapiens, Neanderthal/Denisovan and Homo Floresiensis but the last 2 are very different from their inspirations

I’m writing the longest thread I’ve ever wrote; a journey trough history of art 🖼️ I’m writing about Art’s growth and intentions; trying to highlight the keywords of each era starting from prehistory.

Maybe by the end of it we will understand what Art is, who’s an artist… https://t.co/pmBtTyeak6

1. Prehistory
The story in this isn't too grandiose, just caveman kid simping for a girl with funny monkie
I liked the slapstick but other than that it was pretty ok, def prefer other scenarios but this one isnt bad
oh also pogo FUCKED canonically

I just finished Present Day in Live A Live. It was super unconventional (in comparison to Prehistory at least). 👊🏼

It’s an obvious homage to classic fighting games.

Masaru is pretty much a blue mage dropped into Street Fighter, and I found the “ability learn mechanic” neat. https://t.co/d1OS33dBb1

I just finished Prehistory in Live A Live; it was uhh.. interesting. 🦖

The story was rather juvenile, but I really love how this era tackled communication (or lack thereof), and I feel like it was a great starting point for the combat. It was kinda long?? but I still liked it.

Some of the Paradox Pokemon are neat but I feel like it was wasted potential to base them off real prehistory and spec evo respectively, so I'm doing my own takes on the first batch

For starters, here's my Past Paradoxes. Meet Gaia Spores, Open Wheel and Shadowed Commune (1/3)
