More greyscale coloring method practice
Tested out with different layer style and order, along with testing out new brushes
I like the two results shown that gave different vibes
Trying Sinix Design method on drawing face... I like the way he does shading, it seems simple. But maaan it's hard, half the time Idk what to do lol.

@Sugar_Cuube my method is to put the sketch on multiply above the color layers, blob all of the colors onto it, and then carve out the shapes i want. it helps me massively to put each color on a different layer (and have one where all are merged). i do the same w shadows+
(art by @BootFromTV) Aleph does exorcisms and even Gasket's succubus character Azazel has to play by the rules... even if Aleph has to resign to some new methods. 👻
“Fume”, last part of the collaboration series with #javierdeazkue up on @KnownOrigin_io ! This is a scripted animation of a risograph print (printing method from the 80’s) and it’s our favourite from the series. Go check it out https://t.co/bKHN90smTh #cryptoart #cryptoarg
@inaire7771 @joonurthang @MeowForeveeer I legit made this using the method, it's a bit different, and a bit messy since I'm just testing it.
Multiply layer with the colors you want and ctrl+u to edit

As I'm a practitioner of both vectorial art and traditional digital coloring, sometimes I find myself very conflicted in what method I should prioritize. Nowadays I kinda found a midground as I try to use both at the same time. Here is one example of my past indecision crisis.
so "tracing" someone else's work is your way of going out of your "comfort zone"? i see nice method you have there! :) https://t.co/pbbiB4MWoG
I'm trying out different limited color pallet methods for everyone I'm doing, so I did this one with the blended wheel :) this one is the Muslim lesbian flag! she is so pretty
Another old character of mine revive, Sheng Fan, a twin brother of Jian Fan. Also wanted to try out different method of drawing the background (used grayscale, then layered color and overlay). #art #originalcharacters #digitalart

mmmmmightve stolen someone else’s methods
Finally finished the species challenge, tried doing various colouring methods, some I like better than others, but I'm pretty pleased with this overall
@PMSeymourDoodle I’m basic.
I usually block in all the colors and then block in shading. Sometimes I do gradient shades, sometimes it’s just blocks. (Both of which is done with pure black on an above layer with low opacity)
Any glows are above all layers and similar methods

The backgrounds in the sidescroller Legend of Zelda CDI games are actual physical paintings by illustrator Rob Dunlavey, with level collision placed over the drawn objects and individually animated water / fire effects. I think it's quite a beautiful and interesting method.
