Racing at Indy was not even on Bill Vukovich,s mind but by winning races and Championships in the West from 1945/1950, Indy came looking for Bill ! In 1950 Vuky got his shot at Indy but did not qualify. The car was not as good as its driver. 1951, Bill made the 500 field !
Bill Vukovich had a style of racing like no other! His stand on the gas get to the front along with being a excellent mechanic and set up guy way of life paid off! Bill won so many midget races it led to a solid ride with the Edelbrock Racing Team. Winning races thruout the West!

Vukovich started racing stock cars at the age of 18 an was a winner immediately! But in California during the time midget racing was popular and Vuky saw that! A car owner asked Bill to drive his car one night. The rest is history!
So bit of a personal opinion... im not opposed to the idea of Sonic spinoffs like Racing, Fighting games or even RPG and Party games!
Many of the reasons putting Sonic in any of those genres did not go all that well were the... (1/2)
