Haven't ever made concept art before but really enjoyed the process.

Calling them "Jousters" as that sounds suitably Anime . These would be combat variants but sport versions would exist too!

Im putting my skills to the test to try and recreate my oc in vroid/blender. So far its coming along ok. I love how she's a shapeshifter so I can shape her into whatever I want.

Firstly, the effect uses UVs, where the Y axis is towards the beach, and the X axis repeats around the island. Creating this was a manual process in Blender. Geometry with UV Y=1 appears as sand, and Y=0 as deeper water without the wave pattern.
