none of these pieces are hyper realistic & they all have exaggerated proportions, but they also don’t hide the features of what makes a plus size body. it can be done so there’s no excuse for not integrating these types of bodies into your art.

All these are okay, I see no shame in changing his body shape as long as it’s not exaggerated to appear sexy.
Agreed the second photo is more feminine but he’s not appearing to be sexualized , he is chubby so maybe the artist may have implemented that or that’s their style.
