I redlined some of my own art to hopefully help! Body parts can be created using basic shapes, of course real life references help, but this is a good way to have a good general rule of thumb! Hopefully it’s understandable how I’ve done it, I’m on my phone

this is not the best or most realistic example, but I think working with geometric shapes, hard edges and soft edges gives you freedom to make a cloth that doesn't look very dense or weird. Basically exaggerated rendering can change the result a lot, and use reference!!! 🔫😚

The design goal is dirty pixelart, so it's forgiving, but even considering that, there are direct errors: Inconsistent shapes, inconsistent outlines, large brush work visible, dirty inbetween colors...
