as far as chester's designs go, i've posted this before but these are all the designs he had. no sprites were made for him besides the ones that exist now. i believe leo wanted to save him for last, since he's animated by individual frames and not pieces (besides his head)

when i initially made concepts for the d-sides characters, i traced them over the original sprites, and i expected leo to follow suit. each time, he went above and beyond and redrew them entirely, so they looked way different. these were my original concepts for some characters. https://t.co/9sxuTCr1s4
