jojo cinematic parallel

(both ARE inspired by these guys after all to a degree; Tenmei is more heavily inspired by Kakyoin than Terry is to Gyro)

my cursed brain can't stop noticing asuka/ritsuko parallels. another one: in ep23, gendo sends asuka in place of rei to serve as a “decoy” in the fight against armisael. later in the same episode, gendo sends ritsuko in place of rei to serve as an interrogation subject for SEELE.

the way kama's beast art parallels kiara's beast art by having hands acting as her pedestal... the way kiara's parallels kama's with the flowers at her feet... how kama is the void above & kiara the pits of hell... truly two halves of a whole

Here are the clean transparent (hopefully) concept art pieces of Parallel Nightmare from that tweet the off. Kirby account made today, I just really like his redesign and think he’s neat...

People too busy comparing Sonic and Shadow to remember that Blaze is basically parallel universe Sonic with her own emeralds and Eggman. I wish she'd be a playable character again.

the nest arc has really highlighted how much bam has grown and matured. from first the direct comparison of bam talking to his younger self to his willingness to absorb the souls acting as a parallel to his rejection of them on the hell train... i'm just so proud of him :(

Reminded of short story Eidgah today. Brilliantly evocative, powerful & even more relevant today. Eidgah appeared in Urdu in 'Chand' mag. in 1933 & has parallels with O Henry's 'The gift of the Magi'.

I made this oc like ages ago. She's called Jaya and I made this simplified headshot of her to introduce her lmao.
》She's a pirate magician bc that's how life's goin'.
》The scars are like a parallel w/ other of mine, now that I think about it. OH WELL she's still lovely.

Do you believe in worlds just like ours but not quite? Earlier this week confirmed the existence of parallel worlds! Can you believe?

I've posted some art of him before, but here's a proper introduction to Haru, my fox-themed stygian in the arpg stygian-shade. He has a feral form but I primarily draw his human avatar form. Here's him in some fancy clothes to parallel his personal world of eternal autumn
