I don’t know many of my Australian-based peers who didn’t grow up with a staple diet of Asterix comic albums to inspire them to read and/or create comics. 1 of the first cartoonists I ever dug from an early age, & still do. Those books were the best. Rest In Peace, Albert Uderzo.
