Model sheets are created to show a character in its final form so the animators can understand the character to be able to animate it. Some of the model sheets are from the Kenner design team. Others are from the animation team with refining to make them easier to animate.

Spruced Hana's Spring ref a bit more, making it easier on the eyes and with some more detail. Their coat changes with the seasons so one day i'll have to make a ref for that lmao.

Part 3, Manga easily. The art is far better, Jotaro emotes and the pacing doesn't drag anywhere near as much

Part 5, Anime easily. The art can be a complete mess at times in B&W, some Stands are far better visualized and easier to explain in the anime
