She's a cute one, a silver-haired twin tails with red highlights.
The contrast of the amount of skin exposed between her tops and pants is amazing. Ripped on the cleavage area and thin straps for her top, while baggy pants covering a good amount of her thighs for her bottom.

Another interesting tidbit, In JoJolion, Tsurugi's hair color gradually changes throughout the part, from a bright one (Colored entirely green in the colored manga) to a dark one with bright highlights (Black with Green highlights in the CM)
