Eh sure let's cover it, it's a Spider-man elseworlds tale, and the kind you don't get with the character often. Gotham By Gaslight, the first and one of the best Elseworlds comics they put out, as well as being one of the best Batman comics, it is also my pick for the best single issue that Mike Mignola ever did.

While not exactly a Elseworlds story, it's in that vein, "JSA: The Liberty Files" which has DC heroes re-imagined as covert super agents fighting during WW2. There's a collection, but unfortunately, it's out of print. But the issues are worth tracking down.
