Hi All! Happy Monday and Happy Imbolc or St Brigids day. Here the snowdrop fairies are reawakening as we’re around halfway between Winter solstice and the spring equinox! It always makes me so happy to see the flowers returning, I even saw some very early leaves the other day.

Fair Maid of February: Symbol of spring and associated with Imbolc/Candlemas, the snowdrop has many superstitions attached, both for good luck and ill. Bringing it into the house, for example, was thought to turn the milk sour and spoil the eggs.
