They didnt censor the game itself. Just the characters in smash. They closed Mythra's bood window and gave her black leggings. And they gave pyra stockings.

I'm already seeing people cry western censorship over Pyra's (And Mythra's old) design changes.
I'd like to remind everyone that CERO, Japan's games ratings board, rated Xenoblade2 a C for 15+, while Smash Ultimate is A for All Ages.
It's the same reason why Mai wasn't included.
