The greatest thing about the Infinite Staircase aren't the portals, it's that if you time it right and kick someone at the top of a landing, they'll keep falling down the stairs forever!

Well, at least until they die. But eternal tumbly corpse! *preen!*

Giving a Sensate a vial of bottled memories of a dead hero, which also then causes permanent anosmia. Oh the struggle on their face considering the risk/benefit with their faction ideology!

Yeah, it doesn't have any bottled memories.

Bottoms up! *preen*

Those times when you have to explain to the McOinoloth's manager that "No sir, I didn't kill that man in the corner booth. Everyone I've murdered this shift I've packed away in the walk in cooler per the employee handbook!"

Sir? We here at McOinoloth's are contractually obligated to tell you that we will not poison your dinner guests.

But meet me behind the dumpster after my shift and me and the crew will happily work something out.

Wanted:

Adventurers to break into the Maze holding Factol Erin Montgomery. You are to loot her wardrobe and any tips on fashions she would have introduced had she not been mazed by Her Serenity.

DO NOT let her out. *preen*

Let me paraphrase Cypress Hill:

So you want to be a 'loth superstar?
And live large
A big house, the fortune's Wheel a nice bar, You're in charge.
Coming' up in the world.
Don't trust nobody got to look over your shoulder constantly.

She took down the factions.

She leads the Mutual Trade Association.

She'll flip out and whip you with razorvine.

She does it all in the snazziest high fashion couture.

She is The World's Most Interesting 'loth

Tony DiTerlizzi.
Planescape.

As far as artistic influences go, my RPG gods are Otus, Trampier & DiTerlizzi. Out of those three, it was that defined an entire generation of the game for me, not only with Planescape, but with the D&D itself. I geek out over his work more than any other.

BBEGs with obvious lairs resultantly have adventurers come for them.

That's why I periodically let slip where mine is, except I use someone else's address. This year one Golden Lord has had their support staff slaughtered and mansion looted twice *preen*

Sesh 1 of a new game in the books! Managed to get my goblin ranger done up by and I love her look <3

"Asimina Quicksilver, this place is strange and our 'King' is stranger still!"

Ended up working for ... and I love her?

Periodic reminder that I am in fact better than you in every way and I will use my power to rub that fact in. Obnoxiously so.

ah, so many good ones... but i think the overall Planescape aesthetics made the biggest impressions on me during my 2e times, and these are also the arts I keep coming back to regularly and often still💜
