I'm not completely sold on the Diamond & Pearl remakes. If they're going to be one-to-one remakes of the original, would it be cheaper to get the original? I already have a 3DS, I don't see the reason why I should buy a Switch just to play these games. I hope to be proven wrong.

When Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire was revealed, I couldn’t believe Pokémon remakes have gone that far. I immediately started thinking about Diamond & Pearl remakes. With Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, I’m thinking about Black & White remakes in 5+ years! 😂

This is the only thing I'll say about remakes. I don't mind the style because the sprites were always this chibi style to begin with in gen 4. I think it mixes the old and new pretty well. Of course things will be rough, but it's still in development as we speak. Time will tell.

Pokémon Day is February 27. February 26 is a Friday, but it will already be Pokémon Day in Japan. That’s when we could obtain an update on what Pokémon title is releasing from Game Freak this year. There’s tons of hope for Pokémon Diamond and Pearl remakes. I’m on that train! 😁
