Dracula concept paintings for Francis Ford Coppola film by Jim Steranko @iamsteranko
BEST OF WITZEND; Fantagraphics. 08.14.18. A hardcover culled from the Wallace Wood magazine back in the 1960s. Frazetta, Williamson, Gray Morrow, Ditko, Reed Crandall, Vaughn Bodé, Toth, Steranko, Archie Goodwin, and many more. Neat stuff.
Some random panels from Captain America #110-111,113 by Jim Steranko
Was excited to pick up Beautiful Canvas, and now that I've read it let me tell you it's VERY weird. It's modern Steranko action on acid, with a gorgeous pastel palette and some deeply personal character work. It's quite the trip, demands to be re-read, but we'll worth your time
Rejoice on #ncbd and behold!
Many thanks to @kendallgoode who did this amazing variant cover for VnQ #2.
Inspired by a splash page in Captain America #113 drawn by Steranko, it's the first comic-related image I can remember.
