Sketch commission for that got out of control. I was having so much fun that I did not want to stop working on this. I took a lot of inspiration from Celtic imagery utilizing woad (which has a really fascinating history despite its use as "warpaint" being unlikely.

It's so weird to me how when white artists paint indigenous men, they're always Warriors™, warpaint, shirtless, AGGRESSIVE 💥

But when white artists paint indigenous women it's always white features, sexy poses and probably petting a wolf or something.
