Three Superman covers from Bolland in the 80's that shifted my idea of what comic art could be like. As much as I loved Curt Swan, this was completely new (I saw the Superman v Muhammed Ali book the same year or so and that was a complete game changer for me.)

Correct! Bolland drew the cover of ROBIN V1 while Bisley and Power both did fully painted artwork of Lady Shiva for trading cards in the 90s. Zarjaz!

I liked the Messner-Loebs run from the '90s. It had Deodato interiors, Bolland covers.

Eric Luke had a short-lived run that was quite good.

I haven't tried the book the last couple of years, but I've heard it's been fun (couldn't get into the New 52 or following runs).
