I'll do you one better. this dork just has 200+ unnamed art meshes. only the warp deformers are named. https://t.co/FAZiU8MOrb
i'm thinking of streaming live2d today, probably just artmeshing and arranging deformers because i work slow lmao 👀👉👈
this baby girl is who i'm gonna work on!
@AgentPoke The illustration style is different between the mini and the deformer☺️
Grabbing the wrong warp deformer never fails to deliver lol https://t.co/omR75S3JPF
A quick guide on making muzzles in Live2d! As a starting point, your warp deformers should follow the second image. For the muzzle, I usually focus on making the upper lip look like a convincing 3/4 view and then position all other mouth parts in relation to it.
I'm wayyyyyy too tired to be trying to learn Live2D rn.
Lookie! I found the warp deformers! xD
now in live2d/have all the clipping masks set up, now for deformers and keyforms and pain :D
Here's another update on Nikki's rig! Once again @James_Nethery from @AleAndAxes having fun testing how far he can push the deformers on Nikki's mouth and eyes. Turns out they can make for some very expressive shapes and emotions!
#animation #characterdesign @ToonBoom
the spread is all thanks to the lattice deformer and bone scaling,
16 Art layers, 15 deformers, 4 paramaters, 6 hours from art to rig.
I'd like to improve on the fluid, but I'm happy with it all things considered. Now @Swin_Diesel_ Will be able to sip to his heart's content.

Y’all I figured out warp deformers!!
Last update tho cuz I’m crashing lmao
Made a rigged animation today. plopped some bone deformers into a drawing and made it move a bit... turned out a lot better than i was expecting actually. #animation
Getting there, I am starting to understand how deformers & parameters work but boy is it painful to get working.
I get this question a lot so I'll just post this here.
By adding input EyeR/EyeL Open and using Position X you can link blinking to ear twitches in the physics menu. Of course you still need to manually set the deformer for the ears.
