this was gonna be an attempt at some perspective, some background making etc
couldn’t quite nail the angles, wasn’t sure w lineart, and it wouldn’t have been finished close to Halloween, so it simply got abandoned

Tried one point perspective, a lower angle, and a different way of coloring.
I like the results very, very much.

I tried to be more detailed with building and background just everything here. And I think I am off to a great start of understanding buildings, perspective,shadowing, and lighting. I need improvements but I say I did pretty good job.
@Im_Shroomer Honestly, you just need to learn fundamentals and practice. There are definitely things worth learning. Like color theory, perspective, anatomy but you can also do so online. I personally only know from learning online and high school art classes, and I'm entirely self-taught.

@jramseyi @katriadoodles If to talk from software development perspective, the more experienced you are, the better you can use it. Keywords no joke. And it's code usually on level of junior developer. So most of time you can get decent results if you can make it yourself maybe using Google.
