I pushed myself so hard to focus on textures, perspective, color, and detail and I am still in love with the results. It is, in my opinion, a real showcase of how far I've come with my art

I tried to be more detailed with building and background just everything here. And I think I am off to a great start of understanding buildings, perspective,shadowing, and lighting. I need improvements but I say I did pretty good job.

Honestly, you just need to learn fundamentals and practice. There are definitely things worth learning. Like color theory, perspective, anatomy but you can also do so online. I personally only know from learning online and high school art classes, and I'm entirely self-taught.
