Phione is a Pokemon you can only get from breeding the Mythical Pokemon Manaphy.

It's the only Mythical Pokemon to do this and contrary to every baby form in the series it cannot evolve into Manaphy.

I have no idea why they did this.

Most of their data locations seem pretty obvious! (Regigigas in Snowpoint, Phione in the Trophy Garden, Shaymin in Floaroma, Cresselia, Darkrai, and Arceus all in Canalave)
