I finished a thing today! First time sculpting in Blender. Forgot to use dynamic topology but when I did try it, I didn’t know how to set it up. Anywho, now to take a lil break and then paint the texture and retopology.

Progress on Elderwood Karma in the WildRift preview style! A few things are still missing but I'll be making them during the retopology phase, I'll be going back into sculpting later on for detail fixing!

Sharing some behind the scenes, here are the sculpt at the lowest and highest subdivision level.

I first sculpted the model in Zbrush, did the retopology in Blender, then reimported it into Zbrush to detail it.

The goal was to have a nice topology as a base for detailing.

Coming up next .. geo-swap mouth shapes ..
Let's see how low I can try keeping the poly count down after those lol.

Retopology is done! And after rigging, realizing the horror of improper bone weights, and now I know how to have the eyes move with the head, I'll be doing the uv map soon!
