Abigail would definitely be B-tier. Perfect rushdown game but her only long range options are 1: armor through it (most of her moves would have armor) or 2: smack it away (she would have an anti projectile move like zangief's vanishing flat)

Mesmerle is not the only Shoto to feature in Blazing Worldstars, like her, another Kung Fu film actress fights much like a shoto. Mesmerle has more of an aggressive fireball focus while one of her counterparts is more combo focused with a hint of rushdown capability!
