Look again. In the movie, all the Autobot soldiers used the same gun because the scene was so rushed assets were reused wherever they could sneak them in. To disguise this, the Studio Series guns are all different, with subtle changes in sculpting. They're not the same now.

Honestly he's a perfect base for our OC Copperhead! Has the split windshield and center gap like we gave her, and the face sculpt is so close to perfect, will require so little modding! Heck, even the legs have the right sculpting.
