This Coelophysis restoration is a few years old but it still holds up today. I like how there's some speculative feathering covering the body and the feet and legs look skinny and not large or heavily padded as they're commonly portrayed in theropods.
It’s such a bizarre theropod that I want to see how the skull would have functioned with biting and dismembering prey. Plus it belongs to Noasauridae, a group of theropods with unique anatomical features. Art by Tupandactyl.
Quickie Alioramus! This guy was rlly fun to do ^^
I should really do more paleoart of non-theropods, but come on, i mean look at this guy theropods are awesome!

Pastel Paleotober Day 8: Sinosauropteryx 💜
Sinosauropteryx was a small, carnivorous dinosaur from northeast China in the early Cretaceous. Fossilized traces of its fuzzy coat showed that feathers were not unique to birds and may have been common among theropods at the time.
@Shiranui__ not exactly a dino, but I think as a paleoartist, dunkleosteus is fair game :D also wanted to offer something else than raptor/theropods
A reconstruction of the Late Cretaceous Eutyrannosaur Appalachiosaurus; one of the few named theropods of the Eastern US.
Many theropods, such as Allosaurus here, are in dire need of revamps! One skin also has been converted to a feathered variant, if you want a fuzzy Allosaurus (bottom skin).
In honor of my co-author’s birthday, his favorite animals from the Morrison, the theropods! Happy birthday, Cary!

@Fillerup1578 @BrianEngh_Art @WesternCenter @CharlotteHohman I reckon David Peters is the David Peters of Theropods..
Avian and non-avian theropods doing things. Many styles, low-to-high-effort? 😳😳😳😳
Theropods in falconeering equipment needs to be a series of some kind by someone more talented than me.
Dino Fact!
Eoraptor (Dawn Thief) is a eusaurischid from Late Triassic Argentina! It was among the first dinosaurs to ever live! Since it resembled both theropods and prosauropods, it was put in Eusaurischia, the group the other two diverged from!

#smaugust2021 day 7: the king of the grasslands
These drakes have notably convergently evolved with theropods. This genus is fairly diverse, with notable members like T. semma and T. koryfi, opposite sides of the size spectrum.
T. semma are roughly 2.5 meters long.
Fan art for @theropodsgame !
Just a lazy reskin of the Animal Simulator dinos I drew earlier this week. I guess it's the Rex from Theropods when it was little? 😁🦖
@Tinystuffz
