I draw women with different figures, weights, skin features and scars. I want to remind them that they are beautiful.
Studies of some of Bengus' MvC2 art, trying to focus on line weights, hatching and the like. OVERLAPS.
Follow-up to the bubbles, I wanted to try one more thing - some different weights and textures. So I freestyled these, might need to experiment with timing a bit more but still really like them :) Bit rusty in Procreate but I got there. #12DaysOfAnimation #animation #student

my fast decode is bad at saturated reds. learnable, but underrepresented in training set. bias weights might help — each latent channel has a different center, and bias lets us learn an offset.
I did some weird things yesterday testing the new settings (YES I do a lot of testing to improve settings, model, mixes, prompt weights, prompt order...) 🤣

6 years ago I took my first ever DND full party comm. I didn't use consistent line weights or proportion out heights properly. That game and this game have the same dm, some of the same players, only now, I'm part of the game too! Time flies.
Crying, drawing with different line weights improves it so much, why did it take me this long to realize this

@f_j_j_ for the VAE, I found that amortizing the weight change over both q and k made the eyes less wonky:
left = just Unet fused
right = VAE like so:
q_proj.weights *= √scale
k_proj.weights *= √scale
Whereas the parent tweet (wonky eyes) modified only Q:
q_proj.weights *= scale
